When available a single Saturday night attracts a single night supplement of $50.00.

Two day minimum weekends . Single Saturdays subject to availability and owners discretion. Minimum three day stay requested on Long Weekends, and Public Holidays including Melbourne Cup weekend and Easter. Specials are not applicable on Long weekends and Public Holidays.

Folly Farm is a non smoking property. Guests are welcome to smoke on the verandah. The tariff is for two people.

GIFT VOUCHERS

The perfect present for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and corporate incentives. Gift certificates are available and can be personalized. These can be emailed for last minute gifts or mailed. Full payment is required at time of issue. Certificates are valid for six months.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
21 days notice of cancellation is required for payment to be refunded (less a $50 administration fee and costs). Cancellations made within 14 days of the first night of the booking full payment is required unless cottage is subsequently fully booked then the payment will be refunded less administration fee and costs. Failure to arrive the full tariff is payable.
